Position Overview:

As a part of the Special Projects team, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and taking on projects that require a fresh perspective. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic planning, and execute projects that will shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify and address underlying issues that our business faces through the use of the 5 Whys.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are in line with client requirements.
  • Change Management: Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
