The Senior Development Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from initial site selection, land acquisition, permitting and interconnection. This position provides hands-on experience across multiple project areas and offers exposure to executive leadership, with opportunities for accelerated career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Development: Contribute to the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and BESS
Site Identification & Greenfield Development: Support efforts to identify viable sites, perform initial feasibility assessments, and advance new project locations.
Permitting & Land Acquisition: Support in land lease negotiations, navigating permitting processes, and ensure regulatory compliance at all levels.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams across engineering, legal, and finance to drive project milestones.
Market Research: Analyze industry trends, risks, and growth opportunities in renewable energy markets.
Growth Potential: This role offers a defined pathway to advance to Associate Developer within the first year, based on performance and contributions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
1-2 years of relevant experience in project development, land acquisition or permitting, ideally within renewable energy.
