Development of comprehensive pilot and proof-of-concept roadmaps to serve as project blueprints and guiding beacons for teams
Measure project progress and establish measurable milestones for distinct project phases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, finance, community, product marketing, and scaled operations to develop strategies and workflows, and deliver successful pilots at scale
Identify risks and misalignment to projects and reduce the impact of potential risks by developing a plan to manage, eliminate, or limit setbacks.
Prepare reports for management, detailing program specifics, learnings and insights
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in program management in the events, travel or hospitality space
Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency and continuous improvement
Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and handle a heavy volume of work, supervising several projects in various stages.
Adept at cross-functional collaboration, building consensus, and creating a shared project plan across multiple teams.
Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills with an ability to set priorities, problem-solve, and work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

Candidate must be located in San Francisco or Los Angeles. This candidate will be working 50 hours/week.
