Organizes, prepares and conducts complex training and educational programs for user personnel. Training will include software packages used at FedEx such as Agility, Viz, Planview, and Project Place. Under general direction,
Essential Functions
Develop training materials and procedures and train users in the proper use of the software.
Conduct software training sessions for individuals or groups both online and in person
Develop supporting materials such as manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules
Provide constructive feedback to learners
Create training schedules and coordinate logistics
Evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of training sessions and making necessary changes to improve the delivery of the service
Providing advice and solutions on software-related issues to customers
Customizing training materials to match specific customer requirements
Designs and develops in-house programs to improve effectiveness in the division.
Competent to work at the high level of all phases of training.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Domicile Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment.

If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level.
