Title: Digital and Marketing Analytics (Banking OR Fin-Tech domain experience is required.)
Role and Responsibilities:
Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level executives.
Interacts regularly with clients to understand business requirements, define analytical. problems, structure and communicate solutions and ensure client satisfaction with strong business driving results.
Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and pro-actively working with client's data/ IT teams to resolve issues.
Use variety of analytical tools (SQL, SAS, Python, GA, Heap, Optimizely, Excel, Tableau) to carry out analysis and drive conclusions.
Leads project teams of 3-6 consultants or more, and/ or Team Lead and Analysts in all aspects of project execution.
Work closely with client marketing teams to solve complex problems in digital marketing analytics (Paid Search, Paid Social, Addressable Digital, Website, SEO).
Candidate Profile:
6+ years of experience comprising analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design and client management.
Preferred experience in marketing analytics in banking industry in the following fields:
Technical proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, tableau, heap, SQL.
Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup.
Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply.
