Key Responsibilities
Production Scheduling
Prepare and maintain production schedules based on workflow requirements.
Coordinate with production supervisors and managers to adjust schedules for delays, priority changes, or equipment issues.
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products.
Requisition materials or supplies as needed to meet production demands.
Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Data Entry and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including completed jobs, materials used, and time spent.
Compile and distribute production status reports to management.
Input and update production data in enterprise resource planning (ERP) or other software systems.
Communication and Coordination
Serve as a liaison between production, purchasing, quality assurance, and other departments.
Notify relevant teams about changes in schedules or material shortages.
Quality and Compliance
Verify that production schedules and materials meet company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications
