Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends, forecasts, and variances.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Develop financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
Monitor budget adherence and prepare variance reports.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Collaborate with various departments to understand financial implications of their operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
