Job Description:
Pride Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our client's medical facility in Alpharetta, GA. This is a travel assignment with the opportunity to extend or transition to a permanent position. In this role, the Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and providing support for various radiologic studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Insert intravenous lines for radiologic procedures.
Perform imaging for myelograms, therapeutic chemotherapy, venograms, arthrograms, and other procedures requiring contrast medium injections.
Assist physicians with biopsy and aspiration procedures, adhering to sterile technique and preparing sterile trays with necessary supplies and instruments.
Provide on-call support for the Operating Room and GI Lab as scheduled.
Assist with patient transportation to and from the Emergency Room and Inpatient areas.
Perform portable X-ray imaging as ordered.
Qualifications:
Certification: Active Radiologic Technologist certification.
Experience: Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures and assisting in various radiological studies.
Skills: Proficient in sterile technique and intravenous line insertion.

Weekly overtime available after 40 hours worked.
