Our proprietary platform helps detect fraud, waste, and abuse in state-administered programs, enabling agencies to manage services effectively and leverage existing data to improve outcomes.
Role Overview:
This role involves working on business systems to improve data navigation, user interaction, and process automation through AI-driven solutions. You will be a crucial member of a growing team, helping to shape the direction of AI within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
NLP Model Development:
Implement multi-agent NLP systems, such as chatbots and conversational interfaces, to automate and enhance business workflows.
Develop and refine NLP-based models that enable users to interact with data, answer questions, and navigate tools on the platform.
Cloud Integration:
Work with external cloud APIs to integrate AI and NLP models into the system.
Experience with cloud-based models is essential, as models will not be run locally.
Chatbot & AI Systems:
Design and develop chatbots and AI agents to interact with users and improve data experience within the platform.
Create workflows utilizing NLP agents, with a focus on understanding and automating business processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with data engineering (DE), analytics, and software engineering (SWE) teams to ensure smooth integration of AI models into the platform.
Coordinate with the DE team to ensure that data is prepared and optimized for AI models.
Collaborate with the SWE team to ensure successful deployment of AI models in the platform.
Skills & Experience:
Core Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python (for model development and data manipulation).
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and working with data.
Experience with cloud environments (any cloud platform).
Generative AI & NLP:
Hands-on experience with developing multi-agent systems, chatbots, and NLP-based models.
Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in business systems.
Proven track record of implementing chatbot models and deploying AI-driven solutions.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
5+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or related fields, with a focus on model implementation and deployment.
Experience in healthcare or healthcare claims is a plus, but not required.
Additional Skills:
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
Ability to work independently, handle chaos, and deliver results without heavy supervision.
