Why You'll Love This Role: Step into a pivotal role within our Cardiovascular ICU, primarily on night shifts, where you'll collaborate closely with anesthesiology physicians as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will be crucial in managing critically ill adults, from ICU admission through to discharge and follow-up care. You'll also play a key role in ICU triage, ensuring that each patient receives the best care possible based on evidence-based practices.
What You'll Bring:
Education: MSN for Nurse Practitioners or BS for Physician Assistants
Experience: 1 year of experience (critical care experience preferred)
Certification: APRN with ACNP certification (within 6 months) or PA-C
