Sr. Project Manager
Position Overview
The Sr. Project Manager will oversee and manage complex projects within the fire protection industry, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in fire protection and strong project management skills to lead teams through all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders and team members.
  • Monitor project performance and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to financial controls.
  • Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fire protection industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
