Senior Accountant (Assurance) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant (Assurance) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while contributing to our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of services
Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development
Review financial statements and audit work papers for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, fostering strong relationships and trust
Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies within client operations
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA certification is preferred but nor required
Minimum of 2-3 years of Public Accounting experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
