This position provides administrative support primarily to the firm's Client Service Director and its Lead Advisors while maintaining operating efficiency.
Principal responsibilities
Assist Client Service Director with ongoing service requests in an efficient and prompt manner
Track pending business paperwork updating as necessary
Anticipate Client Service Director needs proactively working to support in any way necessary
Help in maintaining CRM database with any changes or updates as needed
Utilize parent company website proficiently to access various resources, forms, and reports in a quick and efficient manner
Provide recommendations to streamline office functions creating more efficient and effective procedures
Manage incoming client phone calls as necessary, filtering to appropriate team members as needed
Required knowledge/skills/competencies
Extreme attention to detail
Superior organizational skills
Patience and accuracy when dealing with repetitive work ensuring it is completed correctly
Five years' experience in an administrative role or three years' experience in financial services
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel)
Ability to follow directions exactly
This is a hybrid, 15-20 hours per week position which reports to the Blue Ash, Ohio office one day per week.
