The Staff Accountant will be responsible for:
  • Producing accurate and timely balance sheet and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing journal entries, and monitoring and analyzing general ledger accounts
  • Managing and processing central office expenses and allocations
  • Participating in month-end and year-end close processes
  • Assist with the national credit card program
  • Assisting in property acquisition/disposition journal entries and accounting system maintenance
  • Tracking property mortgage and tax payments

Qualified candidates must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited university
  • 2 years of experience minimum preferred
  • Experience in monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations
  • Ability to process high volumes of expense allocations
  • Experience booking journal entries and accruals
