Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage semiconductor projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure project alignment and resource availability.
Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within the semiconductor industry.
Proven experience in estimating project costs and timelines.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
