What You Need For This Role
BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred
3+ years of professional experience as a project manager or APM for commercial and residential HVAC construction projects
Well-versed in change requests/orders, RFI's contracts and subcontracts, etc.
Preferred experience with: Bluebeam, Procore, or other construction management softwares
