What You Need for this Position
BS in Construction Management or relevant degree preferred (or 4+ years in the field) and:
8+ years of experience in a Lead Superintendent role
Strong background in multi-family projects and/or podium-style builds ranging $50MM+
Experience with post tension concrete structures strongly preferred
Strong ability to manage subcontractor schedule and progress
Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam or other similar construction related software
