As a Project Coordinator, You Will
Conduct a deep dive into current SRM systems, tools, and processes, mapping existing capabilities across teams and stakeholders.
Develop a comprehensive mapping of SRM processes and perform gap analysis.
Design and implement short-term solutions to enhance visibility and reporting for supplier screening and performance.
Develop and implement short- to mid-term strategies for measuring supplier performance, increasing screening capabilities, and surfacing data to support long-term investment decisions.
This role reports to the Project Team Manager and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will engage in extensive phone and email communication with customers, using a variety of software tools to manage customer accounts, research policies, and propose effective solutions. The Project Coordinator will work closely with other departments and within a collaborative team environment.
Typical Responsibilities
Influence stakeholders to gain support for strategic programs.
Collaborate with technology teams across the supply chain to provide stakeholders with SRM tools.
Define supply chain and operating models for different business units.
Analyze data to enhance efficiency across supply chains and operations.
Advise teams on operational challenges and assist in managing them.
Support the planning and execution of complex projects.
Qualifications
4+ years of project or program management experience.
4+ years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
3+ years of experience implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
4+ years of experience in supply chain management.
Expertise in defining program requirements and leveraging data for improvements.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Procurement.
3+ years of experience in delivering projects end-to-end and reporting results to senior leadership.
Experience in process development, project management, and scheduling.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
3+ years of experience driving process improvements.
