Position Overview The Audit Manager will oversee and manage the audit process, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can lead a team of auditors and provide assurance to clients regarding their financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
Review and assess financial statements and related documents for accuracy and compliance.
Develop and implement audit strategies and plans to address risk areas.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies during audits.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing or assurance services.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
