Responsibilities: • Facilitate the Property and Casualty members by answering inbound calls, emails, and other contacts from the members • Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm the information or for member authorization • Apply knowledge of personal lines to assist member to bind policies, coverage provision, payments, and renewals for insurance product • Provide response to members on call using the tools and resources available to support • Set up reminders and follow up with customer on timely manner • Follow the compliance and regulatory requirement when handling the members • Maintain Property and Casualty (P&C) License
Qualification Required • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Min 1 year of customer service experience • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) producer License
