Position Overview Based in Andover, MA we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programming with a focus on ERP and MRP systems. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise software applications with a focus on ERP and MRP functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
Design and implement user-friendly dashboards and reports using various data visualization tools.
Utilize RPG ILE programming for application development on iSeries platforms.
Ensure system integration and data accuracy between JD Edwards World Software and other applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for software-related issues.
Mentor junior programmers and provide guidance on best practices in software development.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, particularly in ERP and MRP systems.
Proficiency in RPG ILE programming and development on iSeries platforms.
Strong understanding of database management and data integration.
Experience in designing and developing dashboards for data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with JD Edwards World Software is a PLUS
