Salary: $100,000-195,000 (depending on experience)
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on construction. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors, to facilitate smooth project execution.
Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
Implement best practices in project management and construction to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Oversee project safety compliance and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Experience in Electrical Construction is preferred
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and contract management.
Familiarity with electrical construction and engineering principles is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
