Position Overview The Audit Senior Associate will play a critical role in conducting audits for a diverse range of clients. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights to improve client operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of auditing standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute audit engagements for clients across various industries.
Perform detailed analysis of financial statements and assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and assist in implementing corrective measures.
Stay updated on the latest accounting and auditing standards to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in audit roles.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
