Candidates MUST live within 4 hours of Memphis, TN or willing to relocate.
Job Summary The Crane Mechanic will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining crawler cranes from manufacturers such as Liebherr, Manitowoc, Demag, Terex, and Tadano. The mechanic will ensure that all equipment operates safely and efficiently, both in the field and at the lot.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues with crawler cranes. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems.
Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, perform preventative maintenance tasks, and ensure cranes comply with safety regulations.
Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Use computerized or electronic testing equipment to ensure the proper functioning of electronic and control
Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ of experience as a mechanic repairing and maintaining heavy construction equipment, specifically crawler cranes
