Brief Description The HSEQ Manager reports to the Senior HSEQ Manger and is primarily responsible for overseeing the operational safety management of all Resolve Marine jobsites and facilities. Safety management will require deployments to jobsites, facilities, and vessels. The scope of deployments will be focused on short duration high impact site visits to provide services such as the setup of emergency response jobs, large project mobilization and site planning support, critical phase oversight, accident investigation, and facility/project site safety audits, etc.
The HSEQ Project Manager supports all phases of salvage work including bidding, planning, mobilization, execution, and closure. Support may include but is not limited to safety planning, risk assessments, site visits, process review and improvement, regulatory compliance, audits, and/or incident investigation.
The HSEQ Project Manager supports Resolve's HSEQ initiatives, drives continuous operational improvement, and should demonstrate a strong personal commitment to the health and safety of Resolve employees and the environment.
This role is located at our Fort Lauderdale office, with frequent travel to our facilities and offices, both nationally and internationally. Position Responsibilities
Be the interface between the HSEQ Department and field operations by ensuring:
Project safety management is set up on all projects
Oversee operational reporting
Assist operations with process improvement and corrective action plans
Assign HSEQ Project Advisors projects to interface with
Provide input on project operational safety planning through the following:
Support bid requirements by meeting HSEQ related tender requirements including the development of safety pans and risk assessments.
Ensure site safety resources are assigned
Ensures Resolve maintains appropriate HSEQ resources to support the business
Support diving operations through dive safety planning, emergency drills, and dive process improvements
Support implementation and continual improvement of HSEQ initiatives and Company policies and procedures.
Assist in development of policies, procedures, controls, and metrics related to HSEQ.
Support the preparation of project site safety plans, facility safety plans, and internal company HSEQ department reports.
Support effective training of Company personnel with regards to HSEQ initiatives.
Review, monitor, analyze and report HSEQ metrics, objectives, and targets for business improvement.
Drive HSEQ culture through collaborative relationships with employees across all levels and business functions.
Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality; and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
Bachelor of Science in HSE, Quality, or Marine related field.
10 years of relevant HSE Programs and Management Systems experience.
Salvage and maritime operations experience preferred.
Proven track record developing, implementing, and leading health, safety, security, and environmental risk management.
Experience with developing, implementing, and leading quality management systems preferred.
Working knowledge of auditing, risk analysis, emergency response, incident command, incident investigation, injury case management, safe working practices, and health, & safety regulations.
Pragmatic approach with proven leadership skills in a collaborative environment within a growing business.
Must be proactive and be able to anticipate issues rather than being reactive.
Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with diverse personalities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible and able to manage multifaceted projects along with day-to-day responsibilities.
Demonstrated influencing skills, sound judgment, and decisiveness.
Proficient in MS Office Suite

Travel Requirement Up to 40% travel is required. If additional, travel is required beyond the specified amount, based on the operational demand, you will be notified accordingly so arrangements can be made.
