Position Overview We are premier Multifamily development firm in Boca Raton that has generated over 7,000 units in our first 4 years. We are seeking a skilled Lead Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a 5+ years experience in mid rise multi-family construction in Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Interact with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate project progress
Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as necessary
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work
Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family and commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
Experience in senior living and mixed-use developments is highly desirable
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
OSHA certification and relevant safety training
