Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in glazing and interior design, along with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
Manage the project budget and resources effectively to minimize costs.
Oversee the installation of glazing systems, mirrors, transaction windows, and ACM panels.
Qualifications
Experience with any kind of glass projects
Strong knowledge of glazing, building codes, and construction methodologies.
Experience with AMC panels is a +
Experience with small store front projects/interior scopes
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in the construction industry.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
