Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Estimator to join our established team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the estimation and bidding process for various heavy civil construction projects, including highways, bridges, and public infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects, including highways, bridges, and public works.
Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to determine project requirements and scope.
Utilize HCSS software for efficient estimation processes and cost management.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project constraints and requirements.
Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project specifications.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for potential project challenges.
Maintain and update cost databases and historical data for future reference and benchmarking.
Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations for clients.
Required Qualifications
5+ years heavy civil experience
3+ years heavy civil estimating experience
Bridge experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proficient in using HCSS software and other estimation tools.
