Tax Manager Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Manager to oversee and manage our tax compliance and planning processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in public accounting and tax regulations to provide exceptional service to our clients, particularly in the areas of real estate and high net worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of various tax returns including 1040 and 1120S.
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, with a focus on high net worth individuals and real estate investments.
Review and analyze tax provisions and compliance for clients to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.
Supervise and mentor junior staff in tax matters and foster a collaborative team environment.
Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Active CPA license is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
Strong knowledge of tax compliance and planning for high net worth individuals and real estate.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
