We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Survey Department Manager to lead our survey department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of surveying projects and managing the department effectively. You will be responsible for guiding a team of survey professionals, delivering top-notch surveying services, and contributing to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership to the survey department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of surveyors, technicians, and support staff.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of survey projects in line with client requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of surveying services into overall project timelines.
Manage project budgets and financial performance.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey data.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their surveying needs and providing responsive solutions.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in surveying software and tools, including AutoCAD, GIS, and Total Stations.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality survey data.
Ability to work in diverse environments and adapt to challenging field conditions
