About the Role

Responsibilities
Manage insurance claims process across the company's insurance programs, including initiating and processing claims
Advise the executive team on effectiveness of claims coverage and processing through detailed reporting
Perform carrier vetting to ensure all registering and current carriers meet platform requirements
Maintain standard operating procedures for carrier vetting and monitoring
Manage current and future compliance vendor relationships, including RMIS and Evident ID
Monitor and audit data integrity in additional 3rd party vendor applications regarding insurance data
Create and manage effective action plans in response to outliers discovered during performed audits
Monitoring all required background checks for completion and compliance with platform requirements
Work closely with data, development, and IT teams to develop on-demand reporting and system integrations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a compliance or quality assurance role
Organized with a high attention to detail
Logistics and transportation industry experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven experience as a collaborative team player
