As the Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you will:
  • Lead Reliability Initiatives: Identify and address root causes of production losses with comprehensive corrective actions.
  • Optimize Systems: Oversee and refine the preventative maintenance program using Chempax.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Execute improvement actions with measurable financial and operational impact.
  • Ensure Safety & Compliance: Adhere to plant safety standards and cGMP requirements.
  • Champion KPIs: Track, document, and publish reliability-focused performance metrics.
  • Support the Team: Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to maintenance technicians.

What We're Looking For:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (required).
  • Professional certifications such as CMRP, API, or NBIC are preferred.

Experience:
  • 7+ years in maintenance or reliability engineering within a PSM-regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with SAP Plant Maintenance or Chempax.
  • Hands-on experience with 480v electrical systems and predictive maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with chlorine, fluorine, or HF production (preferred).

Skills:
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expertise in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
