As the Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you will:
Lead Reliability Initiatives: Identify and address root causes of production losses with comprehensive corrective actions.
Optimize Systems: Oversee and refine the preventative maintenance program using Chempax.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Execute improvement actions with measurable financial and operational impact.
Ensure Safety & Compliance: Adhere to plant safety standards and cGMP requirements.
Champion KPIs: Track, document, and publish reliability-focused performance metrics.
Support the Team: Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program (required).
Professional certifications such as CMRP, API, or NBIC are preferred.
Experience:
7+ years in maintenance or reliability engineering within a PSM-regulated environment.
Proficiency with SAP Plant Maintenance or Chempax.
Hands-on experience with 480v electrical systems and predictive maintenance practices.
Familiarity with chlorine, fluorine, or HF production (preferred).
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Proficient in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA methodologies.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Expertise in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
