What You'll Do:
  • Design and engineer state-of-the-art mechanical systems tailored to diverse project needs.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, maintaining budget, timeline, and quality.
  • Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and strong relationships.
  • Oversee and coordinate multi-trade design efforts across architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Expertise in designing HVAC, piping, automation, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
  • Deep understanding and ability to interpret building codes including NEC, IBC, IMC, IFC, IPC, IEC, OBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, ASPE, and more.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address design challenges efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
