Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with teams to integrate and optimize IT systems.
Execute IT infrastructure projects, meeting timelines and quality standards.
Provide end-user support and training while documenting configurations and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
Familiarity with ITSM tools, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Preferred:Airline industry experience and expertise in data center engineering.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, network, and software issues.
Experience with installing/configuring hardware, managing data centers, disaster recovery planning, and IT security compliance.
Knowledge of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and IT ticketing systems.
