Job Description:

Foster Lawson are exclusively partnered with an expanding organisation in the Beverage space, who are looking to add a Quality Manager to their team in Anaheim, CA.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on and have experience in the Beverage Manufacturing space, as well as experience leading a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and policies to align with company and industry requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations like HACCP, FDA, or equivalent.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to maintain quality and consistency.
• Lead and develop the quality assurance team to align with organizational objectives.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare the facility for external regulatory inspections.
• Address customer complaints, investigate product quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Document and manage quality control data, audit findings, and compliance records accurately.
• Work collaboratively with production, procurement, and other departments to uphold quality standards.
• Implement continuous improvement programs to enhance production processes and product quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively adjust quality systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality assurance experience in the Beverage space
• 3+ years of team leadership experience
• Bachelors Degree in food science or microbiology
