Looking for 2 - 6 years of experience profiles.
Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. • At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology. • 1+ years of hands-on application development experience using Nice inContact studio to design telephony solutions - Nice IVR, Chat & Email. • 1+ Years of experience in Nice InContact ACD/IVR Implementation • Experience in Configuring CXOne such as campaigns, skills, users, teams, Agents, Dispositions, HOO and Point of Contact's etc. • Experience in Supporting project in all aspects of ACD/IVR functionalities
Preferred Skills: • Experience in planning & designing call routing applications • Experience in REST & SOAP API validations • Experience in troubleshooting of Nice inContact issues • Experience in working in Agile projects • Coordinating with customers to understand and resolve their issues • Should have ability to collaborate with multiple teams within the organization. • Should have go getter attitude and curiosity to learn new skills. • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Business knowledge in the Telecom domain/IVR Testing would be preferable. • Experience in Cyara Automation will be an advantage.
