About the Role:
Join our client, a dynamic renewable energy company, as an Electrical Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of clean energy. You'll lead and manage electrical engineering projects, from initial feasibility studies to final project execution. As a key member of their growing team, you'll contribute to our mission of delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive engineering feasibility studies, including cost analysis, technical assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee project procurement and subcontractor management, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
Lead project execution, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and implement robust engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on renewable energy projects
5+ years of experience leading EPC teams
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in relevant engineering software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
Ability to work in office (Energy Corridor)
