Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents to develop accurate estimates, assigned trade responsibilities, and subcontractor coverage, for assigned projects.
Identify and quantify all cost factors, such as time, labor, material, equipment, subcontractor and other cost elements.
Prepare accurate and timely estimates utilizing various computer software programs.
Communicate and build relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams, to fully coordinate project expectations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
3 or more years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of estimation of commercial buildings, BIM programs, and regional construction practices
Ability to perform material take-offs/quantity surveys.
