Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist
Location: Madison, WI 53783 (Hybrid - 2-3 Days in Office)

Position Overview:
The Cybersecurity Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on technologies such as Entra ID, Okta, Siteminder, OIDC, SAML, API Management, and Azure App Proxy.
This role requires a deep understanding of IAM principles and technologies, coupled with strong project management skills to lead and implement security projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Entra ID, Okta, Siteminder, OIDC, SAML, API Management, and Azure App Proxy.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for identity and access management that align with industry best practices.
Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate IAM technologies into existing systems and new initiatives.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments on matters related to IAM.
Manage projects related to the enhancement of IAM capabilities, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Stay abreast of the latest security threats, technologies, and trends in IAM.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field or
5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience in IAM, with specific expertise in Entra ID, Okta, Siteminder, OIDC, SAML, API Management, and Azure App Proxy.
Strong understanding of network and security protocols, authentication methods, and security attack vectors.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and IAM (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems.
This position requires someone who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, is essential.
