Job Description:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality
Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 Standard
Responsibilities:
Act as contact person to Head of Regional Service Quality function and sub-regional Service organization
Support Service in reaching their Quality business targets
Support closed loops processes and Secure Quality improvement programs are implemented
Support Service in reducing CoPQ, with focus on LDs, Upside Sharing, LPF, Service overdue backlog
Implement product audit project and monitor Product Quality Audits, HOTO and Q-house mapping
Support delivering Quality training to Service and Awareness activities at site
