The Solutions Engineering team plays a critical role in driving business and revenue growth by working alongside our Sales organization to position Tata Communications CPaaS and CCaaS products to address our customers communication needs. This is a hybrid role, we are seeking candidates in the following areas; Reston VA, Matawan, NJ, Tribeca, NY, Atlanta, GA, Santa Clara, CA, and Burbank / Glendale, CA.
Role Details:
In this role, you'll combine your exceptional communication skills, technical aptitude and creative thinking to develop value propositions for our products and implement targeted pre-sales presentations to our customers.
Working directly with our Sales, Account Management, and Product teams, you'll create and present demos of Tata Communications latest CPaaS & CCaaS products to make sure these solutions meet client needs.
You will also be responsible for driving responses to RFIs / RFPs, as well as the delivery of unsolicited proposals.
This means you'll be interacting closely and frequently with our customers on both technical and non-technical levels to ensure superior customer satisfaction and help close business.
Confident and polished, you bring a demonstrated record of successfully preparing and presenting technical material to both business and technical audiences.
You must demonstrate the ability of being a self-starter; perform under pressure, and the continued application of common sense.
