WHAT'S THE ROLE?

As a Project Engineer, you will be an effective communicator, decisive, and adept at spotting potential problems to keep productivity humming along. You will participate in making sure engineering processes are adhered to and ensuring that iEnet's high quality standards are upheld from project inception through completion.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN IENET PROJECT ENGINEER:

  • Partner with Senior System Engineer to design, specify and create project documentation for large scall integrated systems.
  • Support multi-site, multi-year programs through commissioning, problem solving to debug, making needed modifications and creating change orders.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers, internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are meeting quality standards, regulatory requirements and client specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BSEE/CSE/BSME or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years' experience in technical project engineering, including system design, hardware and software integration, network architecture, supervising contractor installations, system and site commissioning.
  • Ability to create system interconnect and wiring schematics required.
  • Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD) or 3D CAD (SolidWorks) required.
  • Experience with visible and thermal security cameras, ground-based radars, drone detection radars, LRAD devices, LiDAR sensors and/or gunshot detection systems preferred.
  • Multi-level network architecture and cybersecurity preferred.
  • Video Management Systems experience (VMS, example: Genetec) preferred.
