Utilize engineering principles for HVAC and plumbing design for the commercial, healthcare, and education industries.
Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct a medium to large engineering projects with a focus on budget adherence, schedule adherence, quality control, and inter-discipline coordination.
Acceptance or rejection of submittals including major items involving materials, equipment, manufacturer's quality, and field construction.
Define project scope of work and organize into manageable tasks.
Provide supervisor and project manager with scope of work change warnings.
Meet with clients to define project scope, present project progress, and assure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
8 or more years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
Current Professional Engineer (PE License) or ability to obtain within 6-months.
Related industry experience in Commercial, Healthcare, K-12/Higher Education, and/or Government facilities.
