About the Company: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Engineering Manager to lead and oversee our manufacturing engineering operations. This role will focus on optimizing production processes, managing engineering projects, and ensuring product quality and efficiency. The Engineering Manager will play a critical role in ensuring our operations meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness objectives.

About the Role:

Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provide training and support to employees to enhance technical skills and operational knowledge.

Process Optimization:
  • Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Project Management:
  • Manage engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Develop project charters, timelines, and resource plans for engineering initiatives.

Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all processes comply with relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and proactively address potential risks in the manufacturing environment.

Technology Integration:
  • Evaluate and integrate advanced manufacturing technologies and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field); Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing roles.
  • 3 years in a leadership position (preferred).
  • Proven experience in leading engineering projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, project management software, and CAD systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
