Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions using .NET, Java, and Angulartechnologies.
Act as a technical authority, providing guidance and mentorship to a team of developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Drive architectural decisions, code quality, and best practices to ensure maintainable and efficient systems.
Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
Ensure projects align with company objectives, timelines, and technical standards.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve solutions and team capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on .NET, Java, and Angular.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring technical teams.
Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex, enterprise-grade software systems.
Knowledge of best practices in software development, including design patterns, testing, and version control.
