Our team is navigating a large and expanding pipeline of complex tasks that require precision and robust quality assurance processes. Hybrid Remote: Reli. is headquartered in Cerritos. We are Hybrid Remote. Our work from home days are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our in-office days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays to facilitate team bonding and collaboration.

Position Description:

As a QA Engineer on the D/A team, you will contribute to maintaining the integrity and quality of our work by supporting task-specific testing and ensuring high standards in task workflows. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to assist in scoping, unit testing, and conducting reviews for outputs and pull requests. Additionally, you will be tasked with building and maintaining automated testing tools, auditing tasks, and implementing accuracy-focused processes to enhance our overall efficiency and reliability.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:

Support on Existing Tasks:
  • Assist in task-specific testing and various workflow phases.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing and output reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide monitoring and auditing support to maintain data accuracy.
  • Perform pull request reviews to identify issues before final approvals.

Develop and Implement New Initiatives:
  • Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline processes.
  • Develop and execute monitoring and auditing tasks to identify and mitigate potential accuracy issues.
  • Establish and refine processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the documentation of QA processes and organization-wide implementation efforts.

Candidate Requirements:
  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related field
  • Technical Skills:
  • 3+ years of full-time QA experience, with exposure to automated testing tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in coding and Python, focusing on Q/A practices.

Personal Attributes:
  • Eager and quick learner, with an adaptable approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of managing high-impact tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the eCommerce space, particularly in advertising, is a plus.

Technical Environment:
  • Key Technologies: Python, MySQL, DigitalOcean (Droplets, Cloud Storage, Database Management) similar AWS, JavaScript, Different APIs
  • Key Software: Asana, Github
