As a Project Manager, you will lead key projects from inception through execution, utilizing both your hands-on technical skills and strategic project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Technical Support: Apply your technical knowledge in automation to support the project requirements and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Documentation and Analysis: Read and interpret complex engineering documents such as packaging and mold assembly drawings.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical insights to support project goals and facilitate clear communication.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for efficiency and process improvements to enhance project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent experience.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, CRM, and SAP to manage and report on project activities effectively.
