We are seeking a Lead Infrastructure Operations IAM/SSO Engineer to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge IT division from the ground up. In this role, you will enable End-User Computing for a workforce of over 40,000 employees. Your responsibilities will encompass solution development and third-level support for Windows clients and client applications.
This position demands a blend of broad and deep technical expertise, with the ability to navigate the entire solution development lifecycle. You will engage in solution planning, design, construction, testing, debugging, configuration management, and system acceptance, while delivering knowledge transfer and robust documentation.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as an IAM Engineer, specializing in deploying and supporting governance and operations for Enterprise Authentication solutions in large-scale environments.
Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multifactor Authentication solutions.
Extensive technical experience with:
Account and access management solutions (e.g., AD provisioning, application authorization management, identity governance).
Implementing new security and governance policies while optimizing end-user productivity.
Deep knowledge of authentication standards, including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust SSO solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with OKTA and ForgeRock OpenAM.
Hands-on experience with Office 365 tenant administration and governance.
Advanced troubleshooting skills for systems and applications.
Application design expertise in Java, XML, .Net, Azure Claims Rules, and REST.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell scripting.

Analyze, develop, and implement secure and efficient Identity and Access Management solutions to support globally distributed applications.
Enhance SSO capabilities to ensure secure and seamless access to systems and data.
Azure Management:
Oversee Azure subscriptions and resources.
Manage storage, deploy virtual machines, and configure virtual networks.
Administer identity management within Azure environments.
Centralized Account Management:
Improve provisioning and de-provisioning processes for accounts and roles.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work with business IT managers to align IAM solutions with business requirements, IT standards, and operational considerations.
Mentorship:
Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
