Comprising a dynamic team of experts, the department develops an all-in-one software solution that seamlessly combines predictive maintenance capabilities with a comprehensive Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). What You'll Do

As a UX Designer, you will drive the creation of intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the functionality and efficiency of our platform. By combining user research with thoughtful design practices, you'll ensure our products meet the needs of our users while supporting business goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in shaping workflows and interfaces that prioritize usability and deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Enhance User Experiences: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications, focusing on usability, efficiency, and workflows tailored to user needs.
  • User Research: Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and apply behavioral insights to inform design decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with technical feasibility and business goals.
  • Prototype and Test: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma to validate design ideas before implementation.
  • Data-Driven Design: Leverage analytics and user testing tools to measure the effectiveness of design changes and iterate for improvement.
  • Advocate for Users: Champion user-centered design principles across the organization, ensuring products meet accessibility and usability standards.
  • Support Design System Development: Contribute to the design system by ensuring its components and patterns are intuitive and support user efficiency.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in UX design (3+ years preferred), with a portfolio showcasing data-driven designs that enhance user workflows.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.
  • Strong foundation in user research methods, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
  • Experience designing for complex workflows or applications, such as ERPs or multi-layered systems.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions effectively.

Bonus Points
  • Background in front-end development (React, HTML/CSS) to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization or design systems for complex, data-heavy applications.
  • Understanding of psychological principles in design, such as cognitive load or habit formation.
