Must have's:
CRM heavy with medium .Net experience
or
.Net heavy with less CRM experience. (still needs some experience configuring/administering Dynamics)
CRM/Microsoft Dynamics (specifically 'Case Management' module): Has some real experience building workflows. The resume should show actual work within the CRM platform

What You'll Do:
Customize and enhance the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including building workflows, app-to-app integrations, and automation.
Develop and maintain applications using C# .NET.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored CRM and SharePoint solutions.
Utilize PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI for developing and automating solutions (preferred).
Work with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS for integration and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of development experience with C# .NET.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly the Case Management module, including building workflows and configurations.
Strong understanding of CRM platforms and their customization capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
Bonus Skills:
Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Familiarity with SharePoint customization and automation.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Exposure to Python, JavaScript, or modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, TypeScript).
